Week 5 - Designing Layout and Content - Video

 

Week 5

Lecture - Today I learned how to create a good website layout using video. Firstly, we have to include the most relevant work. Secondly, select the best portfolio work. Next, we have to tell a story. Fourth, it is important to pay attention to the quality and music. Lastly, creating the showreel by thinking this of it as an ad. Mr Fauzi also show us many samples of showreel including his own.

    Today our class also having the Flip Group Presentation from Group 4. The group have presented their own favourite website designers / studio which is Lie Studio, Snap, Spring Design, Web Ninja and Kreative Hub Studio. They have been provided a few Q&A questions. Below here shows their questions and answers :

1. What is your favorite out of the 5?

Lie Studio

2. Where is spring design located?

PJ, Selangor

3. Which design style do you like the most ?

LIE studio as they not only focus in one style but can do styles based on customers needs

4. Why did you choose Kreative Hub studio?

Because try to find one different studio that no one used as a presentation before

Tutorial and Practical - Is almost the deadline to submit my banner and cv, so I quickly show Mr Fauzi about the design that I do for my banner and cv, turns out he's okay with it. So I only need to double check if there is any thing I've missed out and finnaly to update my slide and ready to submit.
